  • Removal of product packaging materials after assembly

White Glove Delivery service starts from $299. The final service fee may vary depending on the product size, weight, delivery address, floor level, room location, and assembly requirements.

The final White Glove Delivery fee will be clearly confirmed before your order is completed or before the service is scheduled. No White Glove Delivery fee will be charged without your confirmation.

Please note that White Glove Delivery does not include wall mounting, electrical work, plumbing work, structural modifications, moving existing furniture, or disposal of old furniture unless otherwise stated.

If White Glove Delivery is not available for your location or selected item, we will notify you before arranging delivery.

At Orvadel.com, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all of our customers. Please review the information below regarding order processing times, delivery estimates, shipping methods, and our cancellation policy.

1. Business Days Only

All stated timelines refer to business days (Monday through Friday) and exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders submitted through our website are typically processed within 7–12 business days. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number and carrier information.

Note: Made-to-order or customized furniture fixtures may require additional production time. We will contact you with an updated timeline if applicable.

3. Shipping Timeframes

The total delivery time is a combination of processing and shipping time. Estimated delivery times by shipping method are:

Shipping Time:

Air Freight (FedEx / UPS Final Mile)7–15 business days

Ocean Freight + Final Mile Trucking4–5 weeks

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time(7–12 business days) + Shipping Time

4. Shipping Methods & Charges

Air Freight

  • Delivered by FedEx or UPS after customs clearance
  • Tracking becomes active after customs handoff
  • We cover the import duties, and the customer covers all shipping costs.

Ocean Freight + Final Mile Delivery

  • Ideal for large, heavy, or fragile items
  • Tracking may not update during sea transit; resumes after customs clearance
  • We cover all shipping costs and import duties

White Glove Delivery Service

5.Regional Delivery Estimates 

United States 

Standard Shipping for any order.

Shipping time with Air Freight 7-15 days or Ocean Freight  4–5 weeks + handling time.

6.Taxes & Import Duties

  • Air Freight and Ocean Freight: We will cover all customs duties and sea freight costs, while air freight costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Assembly Notice

Most products do not require self-assembly after receipt. Our prices do not include installation or assembly services.

8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placement.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 10% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.
  • Custom and made-to-order items are non-cancellable once production begins.

9. Shipped Orders Cannot Be Cancelled

Once an order has shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may return the item in accordance with our Return Policy after it has been delivered.

10. Changing Orders

If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us within 24 hours at support@orvadel.com. We will do our best to arrange changes for you based on your order status. Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 10% fee to cover restocking and material preparation.

11. Returns

For post-delivery returns, please refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy. We are happy to assist with eligible returns and exchanges.

I received a defective product. What should I do?

We are sorry if your item arrives with a defect. Please inspect your order carefully after delivery and contact us within 30 days after receiving your order if you believe the product has a manufacturing defect.

  • Your order number or original order confirmation

  • The item name, item number, and quantity affected

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect

  • Photos of the product label and packaging, if available

After we review your claim, eligible manufacturing defects may be resolved through replacement parts, product replacement, exchange, repair support, partial refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Manufacturing defects reported more than 30 days after delivery may be handled under our 2-Year Limited Furniture Warranty, if applicable.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged during delivery?

We are sorry if your item arrives damaged during delivery. Please inspect your order carefully upon delivery and contact us within 7 days after delivery if you notice any transit damage.

To help us review your claim, please email support@orvadel.com with the following information:


  • Your order number or original order confirmation

  • The item name and quantity affected

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damaged item

  • Photos of the original packaging, including the box, crate, labels, and any visible damage

  • A note from the carrier, if available

If the damage is visible at the time of delivery, please accept the delivery and mark the shipment as “damaged upon arrival” with the carrier when possible.

After we review your claim, eligible transit damage cases may be resolved through replacement parts, product replacement, repair support, partial refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.

Transit damage claims reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for coverage.
