Warranty Policy
2-Year Limited Furniture Warranty
At Orvadel, we stand behind the quality of our furniture products. We offer a 2-year limited warranty on eligible furniture items purchased from orvadel.com.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser and begins from the date of delivery. It covers eligible defects in materials, workmanship, or furniture components under normal residential use.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers manufacturing-related issues that occur under normal use, including eligible defects in:
- Materials
- Workmanship
- Structural components
- Furniture hardware or fittings
- Product components that fail due to manufacturing defects
If a covered issue is confirmed, Orvadel will provide an appropriate solution based on the nature of the problem. This may include:
- Replacement parts
- Repair guidance
- Repair reimbursement, when approved in advance
- Product replacement, when necessary and available
- Other reasonable support determined by Orvadel after review
Replacement parts, if applicable and available, will be shipped after the warranty claim is approved. Estimated delivery time may vary depending on part availability, shipping method, and destination.
Damaged During Delivery
Please inspect your item carefully upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged due to transit, please contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide clear photos of the item, the original packaging, and any visible damage to the box or crate.
Transit damage claims reported more than 7 days after delivery may not be eligible for coverage under our delivery damage claim process.
Manufacturing Defects Within 30 Days
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 30 days after delivery.
Please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the defect
- Photos of the product label and packaging, if available
Eligible manufacturing defect claims reported within 30 days may be resolved through replacement parts, repair support, product replacement, partial refund, or another appropriate solution depending on the situation.
Warranty Claims After 30 Days
After the first 30 days following delivery, eligible product issues may be handled under this 2-year limited warranty.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us at support@orvadel.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name and contact information
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
- Photos of the product label, if available
We will review your claim and reply within 1 business day. Additional photos, videos, or information may be requested to help us evaluate the issue.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by:
- Improper use or misuse
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized modification or repair
- Improper assembly or installation
- Lack of proper care or maintenance
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, stains, dents, fading, pilling, or discoloration caused by use
- Exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, or unsuitable environments
- Damage caused by pets, children, sharp objects, spills, or chemicals
- Commercial, rental, or non-residential use
- Moving, storage, relocation, or third-party delivery after the original delivery
- Natural disasters or events outside normal product use
This warranty also does not cover personal preference changes, comfort preference, color variation caused by lighting or screen display, or minor natural variations in wood, stone, leather, fabric, or other materials.
Custom and Made-to-Order Items
Custom or made-to-order items are covered by this warranty for eligible manufacturing defects under normal residential use.
However, custom specifications such as size, color, material, finish, or configuration selected by the customer are not considered defects unless the item received does not match the confirmed order details.
Proof of Purchase Required
A valid proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
Accepted proof of purchase may include:
- Valid Orvadel order number
- Email address used at the time of purchase
- Transaction ID from the payment method used
- Product label or packaging photos, if requested
We are unable to process warranty claims without valid proof of purchase.
After the Warranty Period
After the 2-year warranty period ends, we will still do our best to assist with product-related questions or replacement part requests when possible.
However, replacement parts, repair costs, shipping fees, and any additional service fees may be the customer’s responsibility.
